1.5 kg. Chicken breasts, boneless
20 gms. Salt
5 gms. Pepper
30 gms. Garlic
15 ml. Olive oil
10 ml Lime (juice)
15 Bamboo skewers
Cut the chicken breasts into 2 cm. cubes. Cut capsicum and onion into the same size.
Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper oil, chopped garlic. Keep aside for t hour.
Skewer the chicken, capsicum and onion on a bamboo stick with two pieces of chicken and
alternatively with one piece of capsicum and onion.
You can either charcoal grill or pan grill.
Prepare dressing with olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice and salt.
Serve the chicken hot, topping with the above dressing.
